#UnstoppableLATINAS Leadership Summit will serve as a stage for women to unite, learn, give power to each other, prosper and become unstoppable.
The Summit is presented by WebCityGirls in partnership with 100 Hispanic Women National, a non-profit organization based out of New York that empowers Latinas through scholarships with CUNY University.

Laura I. Gómez came to the US from Mexico when she was 10 gaining legal status in her college years. Laura is a passionate advocate for diversity and one of the leading voices in the tech world.
Laura is the founder and CEO of Atipica, a talent discovery engine that uniquely combines both artificial, human intelligence to help companies realize the lifetime value of recruiting data. Additionally, she is a founding member of Project Include, a nonprofit formed to accelerate diversity and inclusion solutions in the tech industry. She previously worked at Twitter, where she was a founding team member of the International team and lead product expansion into dozens languages. Laura has also worked at Hewlett-Packard, Jawbone and YouTube.
The Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recognized Laura for her involvement in the TechWomen Program 2012. Carolina Santamarina is the General Manager and Vice President of Sales for Spanish Broadcast System SBS’ Miami’s three station cluster (the largest publicly traded Hispanic-controlled media and entertainment Company in the United States). Carolina has been instrumental in creating and producing Miami Bash, one of the most recognizable Latin urban concerts in South Florida held at the American Airlines Arena. Miami Bash has become a brand synonymous with millennial Hispanics, and brands alike looking to tap into this vibrant demographic.
Santamarina is part responsible for creating Grand Slam Party Latino, which made history, being the first concert ever at Marlins Park in the heart of Little Havana, Miami.
